Staff was hard-working and brilliantly helpful, I didn't want to say goodbye!
Stayed in a well-appointed and very nicely furnished room with a large bathroom. The location was exceptionally nice, near to Hoi An old town centre, great restaurants and city center, in a very very nice area. Excellent service was provided here...

Impressive and immaculate rooms with balcony available. Beachfront location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Victoria Hoi a Sidecar.
Breakfast average.

Several pools on-site allow for decent relaxation time, with the sea just a short walk across the road.
The shower fittings had seen better days, with some half-broken and a safe that didn't work. Shuttle service limited to three times per day during non-ideal hours. The overall decor and amenities felt a bit rundown, lacking the refreshing vibe expected in a resort.

It was luxurious and comfortable without being too expensive. There was a free shuttle in to Hoi An that ran pretty frequently. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The beach was really close.

I enjoyed the private beach area that belongs to the Hoi An Beach Resort. It wasn't crowded & had lounges & umbrellas. Having the resort bus to take you to the town was also a bonus.Laundry service was very quick & my clothes have never been so clean.
Sometimes getting a towel took time at the pools. It would have been nice to sit at the pool bar, but it didn't really seem to be open.

Hotel was great. Great location just across from beach. Majority of staff spoke good English. We were upgraded to a villa on arrival which was a welcomed surprise very secure and comfortable. Staff very helpful.
Breakfast buffet not too great for vegetarians. Some foods were not labled that it contained meat. For example 'rice cake' this I would assume was meat free however it wasn't! Breakfast was fresh and varied although the staff should leave lids on or cover things up as there was flies swarming around one particular dish big turn off! Also the price of food and drinks in the hotel are extortion staying in a hotel like this one would expect inflated prices but not to the extent they are here. However just down the road are range of cheap and good places to eat and shop!

Convenience to beach and the ancient city of Hoi An worked well for the family. We cycled to town and used the pool in the evening to cool down.

The beach resort was fine. The family room with a garden view was clean and modern. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were friendly and cute. The location is just a 10-minute shuttle ride to the city center. The spa, based on ancient practices, provided an ultimate relaxation experience. Loved every minute!
Accessibility features could be improved for seniors.
